Trailer Time: The Redeeming Nature of Gabriel’s Redemption

So, I wanted to find an example of a good trailer that didn’t strike me as a high-budget endeavor.  I was lucky enough to find one on my second try!

It’s not fancy, folks, but it doesn’t need to be.

“Evan Gabriel, a disgraced NAFN soldier, looks for redemption on a distant planet.  But will his redemption cost more than his own life?  Interstellar action mixes with political intrigue…”

Steve Umstead’s Gabriel’s Redemption: Book 1 of the Evan Gabriel Trilogy.

Captivating graphics.  Effective music.  A character we can care about.  A plot that can interest us.  A title.  The author’s name.  A place to buy it.  What more do you need?

I was so impressed after so many duds that I actually checked the author’s site.  It’s a blog, so check it out.  You can buy each of the three books separately or buy the trilogy, which now includes the recently released prequel!  (Because you can do that with e-books.)

Now, the only question is: Is there any way to get one of those Kindles back from my boys long enough to read a trilogy?  Sadly, the answer is probably not. 😦
