Lost Ground

It’s easy to lose ground in the marketing world.  Go silent, even for a short while, and you may be forgotten.  If you are, you have to rebuild that which has fallen, and build it stronger so that it can endure.  It’s not simple.  It’s not easy.  But it is necessary.

We often put it off.  We’re not ready.  It’s too much.  It’s too hard.

Well, it only gets harder the longer you wait.  The obstacles we face define us.  We overcome them.  Or we don’t.  We climb them.  Or we sit down and bawl.  We pick ourselves up or we lay ourselves down.

We have a choice.  You do and so do I.

It may come slowly.  It may be difficult.  It may be painful.  But we can make up for lost ground.  We can recover.  We can re-build our outreach.  We can connect anew.

And if we let our time away change us and our marketing, we can find new ways that were hidden from us before.
